Another stunning night at the Gallery. The music was soft and powerful with a Jazzy undertone. Zoe’s voice was haunting and the girls were very impressive in their lyrics and mood. The London Road Poets were surprising to say the least. A totally unexpected sound and lyrical composition… it was a great event. Thank you to all the organisers and The Gallery for a huge success.

It was such a beautiful day in the most stunning setting… The wedding was a great event and join me in congratulating Emma and Sasha with their wedding. A lovely Couple with many years of happiness ahead of them!

Wow, These guys blew me away. If you get the opportunity to see Causing Hammock live, do it! The event was shot entirely with the Fuji X-Pro1 and i’m falling in love with this little guy.

Rusty & Alex booked me about a year ago for their wedding at the McLaren Vale Visitor Center. It turned our to be a beautiful day with clear open skies and a fun, lovely wedding full of little quirks and jokes, just like the two of them… I loved the wedding guys, thank you so much for having me as part of your special day.

I’ve had a few cameras in my life: Sony T1, Canon 400D, Canon 50D, Canon 5D mkII, Fuji X100, and now a Canon 5D mkiii. Of all of those, my favourite is the Fuji X-Pro1. It’s tiny, beautiful, easy to work with and a solid performer. This little guy fits in perfectly with my Wedding Workflow and gives my clients a new “look” to their images. I had the pleasure of shooting a wedding yesterday and i took the Fuji with me as a backup body. I ended up shooting 30% of the wedding with it. Hit the jump for a few examples. (more…)
It’s amazing what you can do with a wall, some light and a great subject! I had the pleasure of shooting some commercial portraits for Fitness First of their new Personal Trainers. The first challenge was to find a suitbale location, in a packed gym this is no easy feat. We managed to find a little spot, I setup my gear which was very minimal and shot a few portraits. All in all I’m very pleased with how they turned out and I hope the girls feel the same way.

As Sherly got out of the wedding car, i can only describe Tim’s face as MESMERISED. With the most amazing weather and a beautifully relaxed setting, this was gonna be a wedding to remember. The ceremony took the shape of a relaxed gathering for friends and family, with an intimacy and closeness that comes directly from the love these two share. I am honoured and blessed to have been a fly on the wall for their wedding. More after the jump.
